Police are trying to identify someone who broke into Ridgefield Pioneer Marketplace early Saturday morning.

The commercial burglary happened at 1:04 a.m. at 203 Pioneer St. in the downtown area, according to the Ridgefield Police Department. The burglar broke into the store by throwing a rock through a pane of glass. He then took Rock Star energy drinks and several cartons of cigarettes, police said.

Surveillance footage captured images of the suspect, who appears to be a white male in his late teens or early 20s, around 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build.

Anyone with information about the burglary or the suspect is asked to call the police department’s main line, 360-887-3556, and ask for Officer Craig Wattson.
