Baskin-Robbins will reopen its restaurant at 8700 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive with a grand opening celebration from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.
The event will include a 1 p.m. ribbon-cutting along with face painting, live entertainment and giveaways, said franchisee Jill Giles.
The store’s hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
