Hazel Dell — Before deploying to Kuwait on July 3, Army Sgt. Jason Packston of Vancouver stopped off at TNT Fireworks Warehouse with his family. He was there to accept $500 in fireworks and a Military Hero Award for his service. His most recent deployment to Kuwait is his sixth. Police and firefighter awards were also given to recipients from Oregon.
