Lyle’s Myles 5K Run and Walk, 8:30 a.m. registration opens, 9:15 a.m. start. The 22nd annual race started as a way for local denizen Lyle Smith to finally finish first, as anyone who crosses the finish line before him is disqualified. Trophies are given to the fastest disqualified in their age group, with costumes and themes encouraged.
