Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Columbia River Mental Health Services has leased 2,516 square feet of office space at the Abilene Professional Building, 9105 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Aug. 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the landlord.

Community Management has leased 1,397 square feet of office space at 8100 N.E. Parkway Drive, Vancouver, from Barrett Business Services. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial represented the landlord.

Dave Campos has purchased commercial property at 2815 E. 24th St., Vancouver, from Susan Hansen. The purchase price was $100,000. Trevor Sosky of Keller Williams Commercial represented the buyer and Blake Federinko and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Institute for Professional Care has leased 7,500 square feet of office space for a medical continuing education business at Vancouver Square, 5109 N.E. 82nd Ave., Building C, Vancouver, from Calista Real Estate. Jeff Valdes of Capacity Commercial Group represented the tenant and Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Lifeline Connections, a substance abuse and mental health services clinic, has leased 2,952 square feet of office space at EastRidge Business Park, 11719 N.E. 95th St., Suite A, Vancouver, from Investors Warranty of America. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and John Lee and Tom Shimota represented the landlord.

NCAB Group USA, specializing in printed circuit board technology, has leased 1,402 square feet at Columbia Tech Center, 1499 S.E. Tech Center Drive, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Supercuts, a hair salon, has renewed its lease at the Centerpointe Retail Center, 8720 N.E. Centerpointe Drive, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Susan McCarthy has purchased a medical building at 300 E. 24th St., Vancouver, from Pacific Continental Bank, to be used as an acupuncture clinic. The purchase price was $300,000. Taqueria y Market Portland, a grocery, bakery and restaurant, has expanded its space to 4,803 square feet at Orchards Market Center, 11505 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Vincent Do, an investor, has purchased 4.95 acres at 4708 N.E. Minnehaha St., Vancouver, from Parkside Commerce Center. The purchase price was $1,227,000. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer.

WDC Oregon, a developer, has purchased 2.58 acres of multifamily-zoned land from the Grimm Living Trust on Northeast 72nd Avenue, south of Northeast 78th Street, Vancouver. The purchase price was $400,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.
