Vancouver’s Downtown Association will host a panel of experts who will discuss the importance of tourism to downtown’s economy at the association’s quarterly meeting Thursday. The meeting, which is free and open to the public, is 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Hilton Vancouver Washington, 301 W. Sixth St.
