Greg Bernash had 17 points, 13 rebounds and four steals to pace the host Falcons to the non-league win.
A 24-point second quarter for Prairie broke open the game. The Falcons scored off defensive pressure, and Seth Hall scored all six of his points to help spark the second-quarter burst.
“We just did a good job of putting pressure on defensively,” Prairie coach Kyle Brooks said.
Palmer Goecke and Dwayne Stewart each finished with 11 points for the Falcons (7-10).
