Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Associates for Psychiatric & Mental Health has leased 2,032 square feet of office space at University Plaza, 14508 N.E. 20th Ave., Suite 305, Vancouver. Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and landlord.

Bill Straw Enterprises, providing window and siding replacements, roofing and contractor services, has leased 3,500 square feet of office and warehouse space at 12607 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver, from Big Building No. 126. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

DS Premier Properties, an investment company, has purchased Battle Ground Village buildings A and B at 1207 S.E. Rasmussen Blvd. and 802 S.E. 14th Ave., Battle Ground, from RHH LLC. The purchase price was $942,500. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial Premier Partners represented the buyer and Charlie Kleier and Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller.

Freedom House Thrift Shop has leased 5,400 square feet of industrial space at M2J Business Park, 6300 St. James Road, Suite 201, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Feb. 1. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant and the landlord.

Get Space, a self-storage facility developer, has leased offices at 408 W. Ninth St., Vancouver, from Horenstein Properties. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

I Care Repair, an electronics repair company, has leased 1,220 square feet of retail space at Gardner Center, Building C, 1808 S.W. Ninth Ave., Battle Ground, from IG Properties. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Love Potion has leased 1,392 square feet of retail space at Centurion Building, 703 Main St., Vancouver, from Triple Diamond Investments. The anticipated move-in date is Thursday. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant and Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Perseverance has purchased First Place Plaza, a 31,846-square-foot, 2-story office building at 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The purchase price was $4,720,000. Steve Barber of Invest West Management represented the buyer, and Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Templar Granite has leased 2,084 square feet of industrial space at 2700 Andresen Road, Suite G-4A, Vancouver, from Monolith Development. The anticipated move-in date is Feb. 1. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant, and he and Kelly Shea represented the landlord.
