Two Level III sex offenders recently released from prison have registered their home addresses in the 6500 block of Northwest 20th Court, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Robert Albert Hale, 38, was convicted in 2008 of voyeurism. He hid a camera in a 13-year-old girl’s room and set it to take pictures of her while she undressed. He also secretly videotaped himself and a 38-year-old woman while they engaged in sex. The victim did not know she was being videotaped nor did she consent.

In May 2010, Hale was also convicted of sexually assaulting a 34-year-old woman.

He is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Chaun Christopher Quincy, 34, was convicted in 1999 of first- and second-degree child molestation in Skamania County for sexually assaulting girls ages 12 and 9.

In 2005, Quincy pleaded guilty to first-degree child molestation in Skamania County. The victim was a 4-year-old girl.

He is described as 6 feet tall, about 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Level III sex offenders are considered the most likely to reoffend. They are monitored by the Department of Corrections, the Vancouver Police Sex Offender Tracking Unit and the Clark County Sheriff’s Sex Offender Registration Unit.
