Sophomore Troy Pacheco scored his varsity high 18 points, and Corey Henderson had a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds to help lead Mountain View in the non-league victory.
Henderson helped spark the Thunder with three dunks in traffic.
Dylan Cole led Seton in scoring with 16 points, Garrett Wellman had 13 and Brock Schoene 12.
