The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

Clark County

Submit comments by the date below to Department of Public Works, 130 Franklin St., P.O. Box 9810, Vancouver, WA 98666-9810.

SUNNYSIDE: Clark County Department of Public Works has proposed these changes on Northeast 94th Avenue, between Northeast Padden Parkway and Northeast 99th Street: add left-turn lanes and deceleration lanes to all four legs of the intersection at Padden Parkway; construct two northbound and southbound 12-foot lanes, a center left-turn lane and a sidewalk; add bioretention cells for stormwater.
