A Ridgefield man suspected of intoxicated driving caused a T-bone crash early Monday morning, Ridgefield Police Chief Carrie Greene said.

Matthew Baker, 35, was driving south on Interstate 5 and took the exit for Ridgefield and collided with a vehicle at Pioneer Street just minutes after 1 a.m., Greene said.

Though a passenger in one vehicle had to be extricated, the crash did not result in any significant injuries, Greene said.

Baker was arrested and booked into the Clark County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
