Girls basketball: La Center 65, Seton Catholic 22

The Wildcats held visiting Seton to seven points in the first half, and won the Trico League matchup.

La Center (15-3, 8-1) stayed one game behind Trico leader Kalama in the standings.

Shelby Vermuelen scored 15 points to go with eight rebounds, Andrea Griffee had 14 points, four assists and five rebounds, and Molly Edwards had 12 points and four steals for La Center.
