Family Fresh Air has expanded and leased 1,500 square feet of office space at Vancouver Mall Business Park, 5123 N.E. 94th Ave. The business provides furnace, ventilation and air duct cleaning for homes and businesses. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
Ingersoll Rand has leased 2,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 12607 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver, for a customer service center for compressors. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
Vancouver Covenant Group has purchased a 5,000-square-foot retail building at 918 S.E. 164th Ave., Vancouver. The purchase price was $2,620,000. Mike Jenkins and Brandi Welter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties. Derek Federinko also represented the seller.
