C-Tran has purchased 2.03 acres of vacant land from Asghar Sadri Living Trust near the northwest corner of the intersection of Northeast 18th Street and Andresen Road, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.
Vitality and Natalya Gruntkovskiy have leased 750 square feet of office space at 500 W. Eighth St., Vancouver, from Clark County. The company provides software development for the transportation industry. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
Mabros has purchased an 18,960-square-foot office building at 5115 N.E. 82nd Ave., Vancouver, from Vancouver Square at the Mall. The purchase price was $3,860,911. Richard Freimark of Meridian Trust Real Estate Services represented the buyer, and Bob Bernhardt and Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
