The Fort Vancouver Lions Club is collecting winter coats, hats, gloves and scarves to give to the homeless in Clark County.

Donations can be made at the club’s noon meetings Jan. 8 and 15. Groups can contact the club at lions@fortvancouverlions.org to arrange a pickup time. Donate also can be made at www.fortvancouverlions.org/warm-winter-clothing-campaign.

The drive ends Jan. 15, when the Lions Club will give donations to Share of Vancouver, a nonprofit operating shelters in Clark County. The drive is part of the Lions Worldwide Week of Service to Fight Hunger and Poverty, Jan. 10 to 16.
