The Vancouver Police Department is trying to track down the owner of a camera carrying hundreds of family photos that was recovered as part of a search.
Detectives searched a vehicle last week and found multiple stolen items, the department said, including a digital camera. The camera was slightly older and built more for taking video, the police said. The office shared an image from the camera that includes a couple found in many of the photos stored on the camera, with the hope of returning it.
The police asked anyone with information about the camera’s owners to contact Vancouver police Detective Richard Rich at richard.rich@cityofvancouver.us.
