Amtrak announced this week it will offer an extra train Dec. 27 for holiday travelers.
The additional Amtrak Cascades train will leave Seattle at 12:30 p.m., arrive in Portland at 4:45 p.m. and return to Seattle at 5:45 p.m. All regular stops on the route, including Vancouver, will be included.
