The Fort Vancouver Regional Library District board of trustees has scheduled a noon executive session Thursday, to be followed by a 12:30 p.m. regular meeting, at district headquarters, 1007 E. Mill Plain Blvd. in Vancouver.
The topic of the executive session, which is closed to the public, is personnel. The topic of the regular meeting is ratification of the contract with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees.
