Kienan Walter scored 32 points and helped King’s Way hold off a furious fourth-quarter rally by Kalama.
Trailing 41-23 after three quarters, Kalama outscored the Knights 32-21 in the fourth. But the visiting Chinooks never pulled closer than five as Walter, a 6-foot-8 center, scored 14 points in the quarter.
Walter, who has committed to play at the University of North Dakota, also had 11 rebounds. Kyle Gonzales added 13 points, three assists and three steals.
Kalama’s Isaac Truesdell scored all 12 of his points in the fourth quarter. Hunter Esary had 10 of his 14 points in the fourth, during which Kalama made four of its five 3-pointers.
