Boys basketball: King’s Way Christian 72, Seton Catholic 54

Kienan Walter scored 20 of his 22 points through three quarters, then his teammates connected on five 3-pointers in the fourth quarter as King’s Way Christian pulled away from Seton Catholic 72-54 in a Trico League boys basketball game Tuesday night.

Karter Graves made two 3-pointers in the fourth quarter, and Nick Pulicella, Skyler Freeman, and Kyle Gonzales each made one in a 23-point final period for the Knights.

Seton Catholic, led by 20 points from Brock Schoene, had tied the game in the third quarter.

Walter, who has signed with the University of North Dakota, made 11 field goals for his 22 points. Freeman scored 14 points and Pulicella added 10 for King’s Way.

Garret Wellman added nine points for Seton Catholic.
