Cache Valley Electric Company has leased 1,630 square feet at 300 Grand Blvd., Suite A-110, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Jan. 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Jeff Manning of the Manning Academy of Cosmetology has leased 6,300 square feet at 7635 MacArthur Blvd., Vancouver, from Joe Morrison. Manning will relocate his second-generation beauty school there. Mike Walling of City Commercial Group represented both parties.

nLight Photonics, a laser manufacturer, has leased 30,000 square feet of warehouse and office at 5408 N.E. 88th St., Vancouver, to accommodate its need for additional space. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Chris Elsenbach of JLL represented the tenant.

The Last US Bag Company has leased 24,000 square feet of warehouse and office space from at 3000 Columbia House Blvd., Vancouver. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Adam Roselli, also of Eric Fuller & Associates, represented the tenant.

New Athlete, a workout and training facility, has leased 11,294 square feet at 300 Grand Blvd., Suite A-120, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Feb. 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Tom Foley purchased a building at 1111 Broadway, Vancouver, from Jerry and Patricia Olson of Olson Engineering, with plans to relocate his attorney practice. The purchase price was $1,050,000. Mike Walling of City Commercial Group represented both parties.
