PORTLAND — A Washington woman who took her toddler daughter across state lines for sexual abuse has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Prosecutors said the woman repeatedly visited the Portland area to have sex with boyfriend. The toddler was often present when the couple had sex and was later included.

Agents found two videos on the boyfriend’s phone that show the mother performing a sex act on her daughter.

The Associated Press is withholding the mother’s name to protect the child’s identity.

Though she had already pleaded guilty, the woman from Camas told a federal judge Monday he only got a glimpse of what happened, and her actions were not as bad as prosecutors portrayed.

Judge Michael Simon agreed he only saw a portion, but said that portion was enough.
