Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

DK Apartments has purchased a 45,582-square-foot apartment building on 1.5 acres at 8910 N.E. 15th St., Vancouver, from Terry O. and Rebecca A. Phillips, et al. The purchase price was $1,650,000. Steve Mark of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the seller.

L&B Capital has purchased a 5,000-square-foot industrial warehouse at 12105 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver from CDK Holdings. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer.

Livit Mobile has leased 1,600 square feet of office and warehouse space at 5115 N.E. 94th Ave., Suite C, Vancouver. The company sells mobile phone accessories, repairs devices, and provides educational classes. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

New Lark has purchased a 2,000-square-foot industrial building on 10 acres at 22404 N.E. 92nd Ave., Battle Ground, from Darci A. Richards Trustee. The purchase price was $510,000. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer and the seller.

Paul Clayton, doing business as Kitchen Creations & More, a cabinet and countertop contractor, has leased 2,250 square feet of warehouse space at Fruit Valley Commerce Center, 4817 Fruit Valley Road, Vancouver. Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Protoplant has leased 2,400 square feet of office and warehouse space at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver. The company offers mechanical design, manufacturing of 3-D printing hardware and rapid prototyping services. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic High School has purchased 10.60 acres of vacant land from Aspen Across the Street, for a new Seton Catholic High School. The land, lots 1-9 at Padden Employment Center No. 1, was purchased for $5,147,172. Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer and Ben Sheldon of CRA-NW represented the seller.

Taco Bell Corporation has leased 1,250 square feet of warehouse space at Fruit Valley Commerce Center, 4817 Fruit Valley Road, Vancouver. Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
