Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

ABDP has purchased 3.07 acres of vacant land for development of a motel/hotel at Northeast 68th Street and Northeast Highway 99, Vancouver, from Pei-Ching Chou. The purchase price was $375,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller, and Brook Supert of REIG represented the buyer.

Cascade Federal Credit Union has purchased a 5,000-square-foot retail building at 805 N.E. 98th Circle, Vancouver, from Hazel Dell Properties. The purchase price was $965,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller, and Tim Brown of the Tim Brown Company represented the buyer.

H & H Andresen has purchased a 40,075-square-foot commercial pad at 7001 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Charles Kaady, to be developed for retail use. The purchase price was $884,980. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

H & R Block Enterprises has leased 1,793 square feet of retail space at Orchard Point Plaza, 10303 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, for a tax-preparation business. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord, and John Hartigan of Hartigan Retail Strategies represented the tenant.

Jeff Fisher Agency, an insurance company, has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 1407 C St., Vancouver, from Al and Ted Angelo. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Moser Services, doing business as Synergy Home Care, has leased 881 square feet of office space at Thurston 500, 4317 N.E. Thurston Way, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Seattle Pain Clinic has leased 3,833 square feet of office space at Town Center Two, 16821 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and Chris Wamsley of R20 LLC represented the landlord.

Transpacific DK Investments has purchased the Westridge Apartments, at 8910 N.E. 15th Ave., Vancouver, from Westridge Ventures. The purchase price was $1,650,000. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the seller and Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial represent the buyer.
