PORTLAND — The Oregon Bass and Panfish Club will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the East Portland Community Center, 740 S.E. 106th Ave.
Bob Judkins will present a program on fishing tips for crappie, yellow perch, channel catfish and smallmouth bass in the Powder River and Brownlee Reservoir of Eastern Oregon.
The public is welcome.
