In May, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Gale Robinson and Peter Robinson of its intent to issue cease-and-desist orders. Charges say the Robinsons, who don’t have veterinary licenses, own pet care businesses that provide veterinary dental services for a fee. Gale Robinson allegedly performs veterinary dental services without a license.
