The Vancouver Clinic has unveiled a new website that allows patients to manage their health care needs with greater convenience and more information at their fingertips.

Through TVC.org, patients can access their personal health records, schedule appointments, pay for services, and determine how quickly they can receive care at one of TVC’s urgent care clinics.

According to CEO Mark Mantei, the website represents a step forward in the clinic’s mission to be the best in the Northwest for patient-focused, quality-proven care.

“The Vancouver Clinic’s renewed commitment to enhance our patients’ health care experience is shaping the way we do everything, including the design and functionality of our website,” said Mantei. “We focused our new website on access, convenience and personalization: Access to the right information; convenience in planning, scheduling and paying for care; and personalized features that empower individuals to successfully manage their unique health situation.”

The website provides real time urgent care information; and access to electronic health records; online appointment scheduling and bill pay.

In the coming months, TVC will also provide live pollen updates via its website from The Vancouver Clinic Pollen Counter.

“We want TVC.org to become the go-to site for patients to manage their care, as well as educate themselves on issues important to their overall health,” Mantei said.
