Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Alpine Outdoor Living Solutions has leased 5,000 square feet of office space at 5115 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver. Alpine creates outdoor areas for kitchens, patios, fireplaces and decks. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented Van Mall Business Group, the landlord.

Jason Hall Insurance Agency has leased 2,157 square feet of office space at 9300 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Elaine Gesik of Equity Advisers represented the landlord.

Misovetz Holdings has purchased a 16,370-square-foot office building at 7200 N.E. 41st St., Vancouver, from Malcolm Stroud and Arthur McFadden. The purchase price was $1,800,000. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Tom Shimota of JLL represented the buyer.

Tricon Capital has purchased 2.4 acres of industrial-zoned land, approximately 400 feet south of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard, at the intersection of Northeast 65th Street and Northeast 147th Avenue, Vancouver. The purchase price was $836,352. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Mark Childs of Capacity Commercial Group represented Keller Trust, the seller.

Wafer Reclaim Services, a silicon supplier and service company, has leased 3,067 square feet of office space, including 642 square feet of warehouse space, at EastRidge Business Park, 12117 N.E. 99th St., suites 1930 and 1940, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Tom Shimota of JLL represented the landlord.
