The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

Clark County

SIFTON: Randy Questad with Manor Homes seeks approval to develop 0.53 of an acre with a 7,250-square-foot building containing five light-industrial units at 6903 N.E. 134th Ave., in the IL zone. OGDEN:
Ryan Wilson with Wilson Associates Architects & Planners seeks approval to build a gated, 55-bay facility for the storage of recreational vehicles, an office and a covered RV wash with a waste transfer station. The site is at the northwest corner of the intersection of Northeast Burton Road and Northeast 25th Street, in the CC zone. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Thursday. The proposal is to develop the site in five phases. The site is on the west side of Northeast 152nd Avenue, approximately 2,300 feet south of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard, in the IL zone.
