A Level III sex offender recently released from prison told the Clark County Sheriff’s Office that he’s homeless in Vancouver.

Jordan D. Kingbird, 42, will be monitored by the sheriff’s office’s Sex Offender Registration Unit and the state Department of Corrections. In 1993, Kingbird was convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct in Beltrami County, Minn. While attending a party, he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl who had passed out, the sheriff’s office said. Two years later, he was convicted of third-degree rape in Clark County. While at a party, he sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl who had passed out, the sheriff’s office said.

Kingbird is described as 6 feet tall, 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He doesn’t have any known vehicles.
