After 40-plus years of serving meals in Clark County, Sandy and Chuck Chronis are retiring and will close Chronis’ Restaurant and Lounge.
The Vancouver restaurant at 819 Main St. will open for the last time Friday with normal business hours of 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
The Chronises opened their first bar in 1968 and started serving a free Thanksgiving feast in 1982. They also starting serving free meals on Christmas day in 1998.
