FELIDA: Lennar Northwest seeks approval to subdivide 87 acres into 169 single-family residential lots in the R1-10 and R1-20 zones. The site is mainly west of Northwest McCann Road and east of Lake River, and also east of Northwest McCann Road and south of Northwest Ashley Heights Drive.
