Old Evergreen Highway association celebrates 10 years

Old Evergreen Highway — The Old Evergreen Highway Neighborhood Association in Central Vancouver celebrated its 10-year anniversary at the group’s Sept. 23 meeting. The association was established in July 2004. Nearly 5,700 people live in the Old Evergreen Highway neighborhood, which borders the Columbia River south of Highway 14 and west of I-205.
