Harney Heights — A new student Veterans Resource Center was dedicated on Sept. 24 to serve students of the joint Northwest Renewable Energy Institute and Northwest Railroad Institute at 200 Grand Blvd. The institutes are satellite programs of the International Air and Hospitality Academy and the Northwest Culinary Institute, located up the hill at 2901 East Mill Plain Blvd. Learn more at nw-rei.com or nw-ri.com.
