Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Mike Foley of First Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant.
Front Page Marketing Limited has leased office space at 310 W. 11th St., Vancouver. The company offers local and mobile marketing, social media management, text message marketing and website design. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
Moore and Markee Properties LLC purchased an office building at 2009 F St., Vancouver, from LCO LLC. The purchase price was $242,000. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the buyer and Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the seller.
