The Portland Winterhawks are still looking for the first win of the 2014-15 Western Hockey League season after falling to Prince George 6-3 on Saturday at the Moda Center.

Paul Bittner had two goals for Portland (0-2), and Layne Viveiros scored the other. Skyler McKenzie had two assists.

Prince George, which was playing its season opener, never trailed in the game. Portland got within 4-3 in the third period on Bittner’s second goal, but the Cougars scored on a power play and then on an empty net to seal the win.
