Camas Mayor Scott Higgins will deliver his State of the Community speech Tuesday night.
The speech will touch on highlights of the small city’s future, recent accomplishments throughout the community and ongoing challenges on the city’s agenda.
City officials are teaming up with the Camas School District and the Port of Camas-Washougal to put on the event; Superintendent Mike Nerland and a speaker from the port will participate, City Manager Pete Capell said.
The speech is 6 p.m. in the Camas High School Theatre; admission is free.
