PORTLAND — The Oregon Bass and Panfish Club will meet at 7 p.m. Sept. 25 at the East Portland Community Center, 740 S.E. 106th Ave.
The program will feature fishing techniques to use in the club’s all-species challenge in Multnomah Channel and Scappoose Bay on Sept. 27.
