Alvarez Properties has purchased an industrial building at Burnt Bridge Plaza, 5305 E. 18th St., Vancouver, from 5305 East 18th Street LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer.

Daniel A. Eckman PC has leased 952 square feet of office space for a CPA business at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Ducks Unlimited, a wetlands conservation organization, has leased 2,919 square feet of office space at Columbia Tech Center, 17700 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Building 217, Suite 100, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant, and Matt Krueger of Pactrust represented the landlord.

Kahn & Comings Inc., a manufacturing representative firm, has leased 2,400 square feet of office space at 5131 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver, from Van Mall Business Park LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Nicholson Legal Services has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at Columbia Bank, 500 E. Broadway, Suite 360, Vancouver, from Broadway Investors LLC. Doug Bartocci and Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Vancouver Uptown Partners has purchased a 5,500-square-foot building at 1700 Main St., Vancouver, from Josephine Martens. The purchase price was $550,000. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.
