Meadow Homes — Share has welcomed two well-credentialed new members to its board of directors: Tim Foley and the Rev. James Stender.

Foley has been the director of employment and training services for the Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council since September 2012 and also serves on the board of Bridgeview Housing, a Vancouver Housing Authority auxiliary that provides additional supports for residents.

Stender is the pastor at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, which volunteers its floors as a makeshift homeless shelter during winter months; he is a member of the Winter Hospitality Overflow task force that coordinates that program.

Share executive director Diane McWithey said these additions to the board are especially valuable for their experience with “vulnerable populations.”
