Vancouver police said Marissa Halbin was found and is safe.

Police are asking to be on the lookout for a 20-year-old woman who was reported missing from her home in east Vancouver on Labor Day.

Marissa Halbin was last seen in the area of Northeast 112th Avenue and Northeast 49th Street. She was wearing a black t-shirt, black stretch pants and a silver belt at the time.

Halbin has some diminished mental capacity, and when she didn’t contact her family they got concerned, according to Vancouver police.
