Dat Vo and Thanh Vo of Hudson’s Bay tennis were voted The Columbian’s high school fall sports athletes of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Oct. 25.
The Vo cousins collected 48 percent of the 231 votes cast by fans to beat out Said Guermali of Union boys cross country, who had 25 percent.
Team Vo beat Alex Wisdom and Michael Pelton of Mark Morris in three sets to capture the Class 2A district doubles championship and a berth to the 2A state tournament in May.
The other nominees were Diego De La Torre of Hockinson golf, Alexis Fuller of Union girls cross country and Darya Samiee of Mountain View swimming.
