North Image — A Vancouver woman took a gamble and won big this month in the Washington Lottery. Katie Naylor picked up a $10 “Diamond & Pearls” Scratch ticket on Oct. 13 from the Shell station at 13607 N.E. Fourth Plain Road and soon learned she’d won $200,000. She told lottery officials she plans to use part of her winnings to take a trip to visit her son and grandson in Tahoe City, Calif. The rest she’ll probably save, she said, as she and her husband have already worked their way through most of their “bucket list.” There were only three $200,000-winning tickets printed, out of 863,750 total, in the Diamonds & Pearls game.
