HUDSON’S BAY: 300 Grand LLC seeks approval to construct Grand Business Park, consisting of four buildings for light industrial and office use, totaling 34,342 square feet. SOUTHEAST SUNSET VIEW ROAD: The city of Washougal’s Public Works Department proposes to upgrade existing, undersized stormwater culverts in two areas along Southeast Sunset View Road. The southern culvert conveys Campen Creek beneath several roadways within the city. The new culvert will increase hydraulic capacity and is designed to simulate stream flow to meet fish passage requirements. The northern culvert conveys flows from a roadside ditch into wetlands associated with Gibbons Creek. The new culvert and the addition of a ditch inlet will increase flow capacity. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Monday.

W STREET: The city of Washougal’s Public Works Department proposes to upgrade existing, undersized stormwater culverts in two areas along W Street between 32nd Street and 36th Street. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Monday.
