Vancouver Heights — A donation from iQ Credit Union’s iQ for Kids Foundation will benefit a youth mentoring pilot program at Marshall Elementary School. The foundation recently presented a $3,000 check to the school’s Teach One to Lead One program, which provides mentors to students to help guide them in becoming responsible citizens.
