Orchards — Frontier Middle School students helped collect 100 pounds of food and household items for the Share House charity during a donation drive last month to honor the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The idea was brainstormed by teacher Dustin Allen and his seventh- and eighth-grade students. The Orio Palmer Share House Donation Drive, named after the New York City Fire Department battalion chief who died in the World Trade Center rescue efforts, was held on Sept. 11.
