Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

After Class Fitness has leased 2,836 square feet of retail space at 1944 Belmont Loop, Woodland, from Bartels and Williams. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Chris Dealy has leased 1,400 square feet of industrial space at 4707 Minnehaha St., Vancouver, from Minnehaha Business Park LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Hazel Dell Rare Coins & Bookstore has renewed its lease at 9901 N.E. Seventh Ave., Suite C-130, with Larry Pruitt of Northwest Investments. Ron Pedersen, the business owner, represented himself in the transaction.

Immersive Media Company, providing full-motion, interactive video services, has leased the 2,340-square-foot Suite 222 at Washougal Town Square. The company, which invented Google Street View, will relocate its United States headquarters to the Washougal location. The anticipated move-in date is early November. The tenant and the landlord, Lone Wolf Development, represented themselves in the transaction.

Liondin, a real estate development and investment firm, has leased 3,246 square feet of office space at 500 W. Eighth St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
