A mentally challenged Hazel Dell woman was found safe Saturday night after going missing earlier in the day, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Agnes M. Moses, 64, was found by a family member a few miles away from her home, a CCSO bulletin reported. She was cold and hungry, but otherwise in good health.
Moses, 64, is described as having the mental capacity of a 9-year-old. She had last been seen near her home near Northwest 99th Street and 21st Avenue.
