The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

Clark County

FELIDA: Blue Olive Development seeks approval to subdivide 2.99 acres into 10 single-family residential lots at 3904 N.W. 127th St., Vancouver, in the R1-10 zone. HAZEL DELL: C.E. John Company seeks approval to redevelop J-M Plaza to accommodate new tenants and relocate an existing fast food restaurant to a new location on the site, which is 3.1 acres zoned GC at 305 N.E. 81st St., Vancouver. City of Washougal

WATERFRONT PARK: The Port of Camas-Washougal proposes to construct a 5.73-acre waterfront park along the Columbia River. Proposed park amenities include restrooms, a picnic shelter, fishing pier, two parking facilities, an event plaza, and a 12-foot-wide paved trail which would be 0.7 mile long. The park and trail will extend east from the existing Parker’s Landing Marina, near 24 S. A St., and terminate west of 714 S. A St. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant.
